		<description>That is very well put indeed. Grief means unpredictable ripples of sorrow and the feeling of drowning. But luckily the wavy pattern of grief means that there are sudden &quot;ups&quot;  too - when you realize that life goes on and is still worth living even when downs tend to suck you into sadness.</description>
