		<description>That is very well put indeed. Grief means unpredictable ripples of sorrow and the feeling of drowning. But luckily the wavy pattern of grief means that there are sudden "ups"  too - when you realize that life goes on and is still worth living even when downs tend to suck you into sadness.</description>
