I love how you managed to squeeze several shapes of water (http://www.shareabrainwave.net/2007/01/24/the-many-shapes-of-water/ ) into picture…
The ‘Please do not enjoy the waves’-sign reminds me of one of my favourite teenage-follies: In the house where I grew up we had a swimmingpool and a sauna. And in the wintertime I loooooooved running from the sauna to the swimmingpool and jumping through the ice when it had melted just enough for the crystals to scatter around my body when I jumped right through the ice.
But you stopped doing that? I only did it once - in the sea, though, and there was no sauna nearby. It took some red wine in front of the fireplace to get me warm again.
I didn’t stopped per se - I moved, and it wasn’t as convenient anymore. But I still do it everytime I get the chance to use a sauna and dip in a frozen lake or roll in the snow.
