		<description>Very simple and basic, indeed but nevertheless important. 
To give genuine compliments seems to be hard for some people, and I&#039;ve always wondered why. 
What is there to loose by giving someone else a compliment? Absolutely nothing. 

Thinking down semi-monetary lines, one could even, with the Beatles, state that &quot;in the end, the love you take
is equal to the love you make&quot; (&lt;i&gt;The End&lt;/i&gt; on Abbey Road), as if love was an item of trade and exchange. However, I do believe there&#039;s a whole lot of synergy involved: by giving and initiating interaction, you get much, much more back.</description>
