		<description>Very simple and basic, indeed but nevertheless important. 
To give genuine compliments seems to be hard for some people, and I've always wondered why. 
What is there to loose by giving someone else a compliment? Absolutely nothing. 

Thinking down semi-monetary lines, one could even, with the Beatles, state that "in the end, the love you take
is equal to the love you make" (&lt;i&gt;The End&lt;/i&gt; on Abbey Road), as if love was an item of trade and exchange. However, I do believe there's a whole lot of synergy involved: by giving and initiating interaction, you get much, much more back.</description>
